      氨基嘧啶CHIR99021是目前為止報道的選擇性zui強的GSK-3β抑制劑。與其他強效的GSK-3抑制劑相比,CHIR99021不會交叉抑制細胞周期蛋白依賴性激酶(CDKs),對GSK-3β的選擇性是對CDKs350倍。與抑制MAPK來源的分化誘導信號聯合,使用CHIR99021阻斷 GSK-3β信號使得胚胎干細胞能自我更新。
